OPTION 1
This was the first option that was developed during the feasibility study. It comprised of a telfon tensile structure with introduction of skylights at the trussed beams. It endeavored to be a lower cost option for the annex of teaching venue.
OPTION 2
This was the second option after the tensile structure option. It was to house the teaching venue in a fully enclosed annex. It comprised of vierendeel steel frame supporting the glazed roof. It was a higher cost option which was later adopted by the academy for detail design and project development.
